Hello My Loves...!!!!

Hello everyone, how is every doing this New Year? I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything since Halloween.

I haven't forgotten about you all, I have been reading all your posts though.

As you all can see I continue to workout and lose weight. As of today I am down 35 lbs and 2 sizes down since July. I feel so much better and start TurboFire on Monday (Jan 26th) after completing Insanity, Brazilian Butt Lift and P90X Classic. I am doing P90X Lean along with TurboFire. I can't wait to see how I will look from now until June. I hope that I am able to wear a 2 piece bathing suit if not at least be closer to my goal by this summer.

Haven't Really Talked to Him =(

So we are going into the 2nd week of my DH being away at 29 Palms & we haven't really talked except for early morning July 5th. I got in from watching the fireworks with my friend Jessica & her BF Alejandro around 10:45pm. I decided to do Insanity before bed so I did it and right after got in the shower. While I was finishing up I heard someone calling on Skype it was the hubby. I got to talk to him for about an hour and half. I was a very happy wife when I got off the phone & went to sleep. It was so good being able to hear his voice & see his sexy face.

I can wait until he is home, and according to him he told me yesterday in a quick text that he should be back in Jersey in 2 days. Which is sooner then they were supposed to come back so who really knows because I haven't spoken to him at all since.

Besides not being able to get in touch with the DH I haven't had a bad time alone. This past weekend I spent it in the pool with family & friends. I got a little color on me.

Then yesterday my best friend Kim (Partna) & Ary came over for dinner. it was the first time I cooked since Angel has been gone. Then we watched Teen Wolf while drinking a glass on wine....lol....we had a good time & I needed that because I was really missing my DH yesterday.

Hopefully I get to talk to him tonight (fingers crossed).

Almost That Time Again......

for the Maine Corps Ball. Ours is this Saturday the 18th, & I am so excited to go because now this year my hubby has friends in his company & gets along with most of them. Now that means I will get to meet wives, and hopefully make new friends. I'm also excited because we are staying at the hotel and I called the desk for a reservation & asked them if they can do something special for us since we didnt get to do anything for our 1 year wedding anniversary since the hubby was away training. They said yes & that we will be surprised when we go to our room.....I can't wait to see what they have in stored for us.

Happy Halloween & November 1st Everyone!!

I hope everyone had a safe & fun filled Halloween weekend. I know we did, even though we got hit with the weird snow storm on Saturday. We ended getting last minute costumes to go celebrate my sister-in-laws B-Day at a club here in Elizabeth, NJ. Even though it had snowed we made the best of it. My husband was Scooby Doo and I was his sexy Buccaneer....lol.....we didn't match this year as a couple.

I Got A New Job!!!!

I am so excited to tell you guys that my search is over. I actually ended up taking the job from Tuesday's call back. I am so excited to be getting paid more & to start somewhere new but I am also extremely sad to leave all the friends that I have here.


I will miss everyone I work with at the Preschool but I need to think about me & our future. We need to start saving because we would love to put money down for a house. Our plan is buy a house in 5 years but with what I was getting paid we always just had enough to pay bills & buy necessary things for the house, but now we are going to have more then enough. 


I was talking to the hubby 2 nights ago & I hope that we get pregnant soon now that we are financially ready to have a baby.

Sorry for being MIA

As some of you know my cousin Johanna Paniagua past on May 25th, 2011. If you didn't read my previous posts you can read here and here. I flew out to California on Wednesday morning, the rest of my family from Maryland flew out on  Thursday. We were all together to support my family, we weren't there for vacation but it was one of the greatest times I have ever had with my family.

The funeral was on Friday (06/03/11), it was a beautiful ceremony, viewing, & funeral.

Then in the night we went to The Walk of Fame in Hollywood to do the things that she liked to do, so we went to The Hard Rock Cafe & took so shots in in her name. After that we all back to the house we were staying at to hangout with my cousin Johnny (her lil bro) plus other friends & I ordered pizza for everyone.

On Saturday we went to our 2nd cousin Sandra's house, then to Jo's friend Amy's house & to Hollywood again with some of the parents.

I left Sunday morning & arrived at LaGuardia Airport in NY, my husband picked us up & took us home, it was such a long trip but so worth it.


Sorry this got so long but I just wanted to update all you guys. Please keep our family in your prayers because we are all going to need it.
