I know, I know, I might sound like a broken record but I am once again on the right track to lose weight. I have actually gained weight and have gone up to 239 (I can't believe I even told you guys) but I started a new program that I found online and I absolutely love it. It's on bodybuilding.com, I'm following Jamie Eason's 12 Week Training (JE12WT). I started last Monday with out following the meal plan, so I started over today following the meal plan to a T.
But I have lost 3lbs in one week already by eating healthy and working out so I'm down to 236 now. I have mapped out the next 9 months of my life. From March-May I'm doing JE12WT, from June-Aug I'm doing P90X, from Sep-Nov I'm doing Insanity. While I do all of that I'm gonna try to incorporate the Brazilian Butt Lift DVDs.
I plan to get down to 150 at least by November for the 2012 Marine Corps Ball. With that being I need to lose 86lbs. I am so motivated as I have ever been and I will do it this time. No excuses anymore, what I plan to do is switch gyms and go to where my husband goes, so I want to go to the gym at 0500 before going to work then come home cook for me and the hubby and go again when he goes to the gym and rest at least 1-2 days a wk. Wish me luck for getting down to 150lbs.
