So I have decided to try and do Insanity. My friend had it and she let me borrow it. So I started today with the first fit test. Wow, I have been working out for a while but it was still hard, but I got through it. I stopped & rested when I needed to but got back into it right after.

But that is not all I'm doing today. I'm still going to the gym after work & work out with my friend and do Phase 1~Week~2 Day 5 today. Wish me luck because I know I'm gonna want to quit but I refuse to continue to start over all the time.
