Going Down South In A Few Weeks

So our best friend Andy graduates on May 3rd, 2012 at Ft. Jackson, SC so I finally convinced my husband to take a road trip down there to see him graduate. So I took the liberty of doing everything myself and booked the Hotel, rental car, & ordered a banner to show support. So on Wednesday May 2nd we are heading down south. We are leaving after my husband gets home from work. I will drive the first few hrs and then we will switch around, I hope we make it to Ft. Jackson to his 9AM graduation ceremony. Then we are going to stay for the night at the hotel I booked and leave the following day just to give us time to rest so the trip wont be so tiring. Andy won't be able to come back home with us because he has to go report to his unit in Louisianna where he will be stationed for the next 4 years. I love the fact that he is getting stationed at Ft Polk because it gives us a reason to go and visit LA.

7 lbs Down......79 lbs To Go

Yup, I've done it. I have gotten down to 232 lbs since I have started this program and to think I have lost 10 lbs since I decided to change my life. It feels so good without the weight and to actually go to the gym and working out, "make my fat cry". My husband sees the difference in my body already and has told me how proud he is of me and that just gets me even more motivated to keep going.

It's Happening

Since I have started eating cleaner and exercising I have lost weight already 5 lbs of fat like the picture shows. I am so motivated and I anxiously wait for 4pm to get here so I can go workout everyday. I'm bummed that I have 3 rest days but I will eat clean so I can continue losing while the hubby is away for his drill weekend at Ft. Dix this weekend. I can get up eat what I have to, clean the house and burn some calories doing that.

So that means I have 81 lbs to get to my last goal weight. But I have set a goal to try to lose 15-20 lbs a month so I have btwn 10-15 lbs to lose for this month to reach my first goal weight, I can't wait, I'm so excited to see how my body changes during this time.

I'm So Motivated

I know, I know, I might sound like a broken record but I am once again on the right track to lose weight. I have actually gained weight and have gone up to 239 (I can't believe I even told you guys) but I started a new program that I found online and I absolutely love it. It's on bodybuilding.com, I'm following Jamie Eason's 12 Week Training (JE12WT). I started last Monday with out following the meal plan, so I started over today following the meal plan to a T.


But I have lost 3lbs in one week already by eating healthy and working out so I'm down to 236 now. I have mapped out the next 9 months of my life. From March-May I'm doing JE12WT, from June-Aug I'm doing P90X, from Sep-Nov I'm doing Insanity. While I do all of that I'm gonna try to incorporate the Brazilian Butt Lift DVDs.

I plan to get down to 150 at least by November for the 2012 Marine Corps Ball. With that being I need to lose 86lbs. I am so motivated as I have ever been and I will do it this time. No excuses anymore, what I plan to do is switch gyms and go to where my husband goes, so I want to go to the gym at 0500 before going to work then come home cook for me and the hubby and go again when he goes to the gym and rest at least 1-2 days a wk. Wish me luck for getting down to 150lbs.
